FAQ
How will LuckyCard service influence old (contract) users'
service?
Just in positive way. New service will not worsen old
clients' service quality, because LuckyCard users access internet via
totally different dialup modem pools, which cover the whole city
(including the Left Bank).
Are there some restrictions while using LuckyCard
service?
Yes, there are. While using the LuckyCard you are provided
with on-line network access (www/ftp/news). No e-mail address, personal
mail domain name or homepage is provided (all these services are available
while using contract dial-up access).
If I am already LuckyNet contract dial-up user, will I
get access to my mailbox using LuckyCard?
Yes, you will. You can access your mailbox using
any internet access available, including LuckyCard service. But to send
your mail you should either use your contract dial-up access, or use
SMTP-server with authentication (auth-smtp.lucky.net).
Is there some possibility to increase the speed of
internet access?
Certainly! Using LuckyLink satellite technology you will
get higher Internet speed. The latest information about LuckyLink is
available on www.ll.net.ua.
Answers to other questions are available on LuckyNet user support page.
